Feedback Conferences
In an ongoing effort to provide growth producing feedback to our staff, and to receive growth producing feedback from our staff, Columbia has implemented Feedback Conferences. Our Administration meets with every teacher twice monthly for 45 minutes. We have found Feedback Conferences to be greatly beneficial to our progress and continuous improvement.
